For Tanatex Chemicals, we're currently exclusively recruiting for a:

Logistic Services Manager (Global)

In this position you report to the Global Supply Chain Manager (located in Ede) and work together with supply chain colleagues (Supply Planning, Data Maintenance) and several in- and external stakeholders in order to ensure a smooth running and cost-effective supply chain. You provide leadership towards your team which is responsible for Warehousing, Order management and Transportation.

Within the supply chain organization you translate strategy into tactical and operational goals for your team and further professionalize all the logistical and order management procesess (IT-included). As a key player you communicate a lot with global business partners both internal and external.

Your main job characteristics are:

• Coach, inspire and develop your team of logistic service professionals
• Monitor shipping performance and manage suppliers
• Translate the Supply Chain strategy into tactical and operational team goals
• Develop KPI-dashboard and monitor and steer on results vs. goals
• Focus on process-improvement and the development of IT / SAP

In order to get this job done, Tanatex is looking for an customer-oriented logistical manager with experience in complex international (production-)companies. You've got excellent interpersonal skills, lots of energy and believe that give guidance and empowering is the best for every team.

Besides this, you are:

• Acting and thinking on higher vocational level in a relevant direction (Hbo+)
• Working experience in a similar function environment and position
• Excellent command of English, Dutch and possibly other languages (e.g. German)
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of Global distribution rules and regulations.
