Logistics Coordinator Outbound

As Logistics Coordinator you are responsible for the sales order administration and logistic handling for both distributors as local sales offices. Also, you monitor the status and progress of these orders, communicate order status and progress pro-actively and ensures a correct and timely invoice to customers.

• Processing the order flow collecting all required data.
• Contacting customers, distributors and sales offices creating feasible expectations related to product availability, transportation and expected dates of arrival.
• Intermediating between different departments, distribution partners and transport partners.
• Always acting customer oriented whilst maintaining corporate interest.
• Documenting, maintaining and reviewing (critical) processes.

You take care of the legalization of documents needed by organizations and you are member of different project teams as a representative for the logistics department.

• HBO educated with focus on logistics
• Working experience on a shipping or logistic department
• Well command of both Dutch and English language (both written and verbal). Any additional language would be preferred
• To the job relevant IT skills

You are a cooperative college who is customer and quality focussed and result oriented. Also, you like to take initiative. Structural and organisational skills are natural to you and you are detail oriented.
