As Logistic Coordinator it is a challenge to be responsible for the handling of daily transports/Logistics in general for France/Spain/Italy covering both green and retail operation Your main focus is managing monitoring movements to/from depots and customers in overall CC logistic activities. Follow up on KPI’s, balances and secure invoicing to involved partners. In cooperation with Transport/Availability Manager you coordinate trans border logistic activities when needed.
Sub tasks :
Member of CC work groups/ projects when required by SCM management
Support of implementation of new technologies in the SCM area
Keep the quality high in any activity
To bring improvement and new ideas to the presence of SCM management
Contribute to the SCM team with professionalism according to CC standards and processes
Follow the quality control processes in depots and transport management

Competences and skills - Vacancy Logistic Coordinator
Minimum 3 years of transport/logistics operational experience at MBO+/HBO level
High stress level and ability to work under time pressure
Analytically strong and a high sense for priority when tasks need to be solved within a limited time frames
Documented experience in administration of RTI’s demonstrating skills in numbers and understanding of balances
Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and work in teams
Be prepared to work and contribute in trans national teams
Hands on experience, independent and full of initiatives

Fluent in French, Italian and Spanish
A good command of English (ESOL B2 level) is essential both in writing and speaking
Honest, hard working and assuming full responsibility for CC and your own participation
